Smoked Salmon Dip (Original Handwritten Recipe):

~ From The Collection Of Josephine A. Sano ~

Smoked Salmon Dip (Printed Version):

– 1/3 c. of Milk

– 1 pkg (8oz.) Cream Cheese

~ Process until smooth

Add:

– 5 ounces slicked smoked salmon (cut up)

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 1 tbsp dried dill weed

~ Puree & Chill

Pesto Dip (Original Handwritten Recipe):

Pesto Dip (Printed Version):

– 3 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves

– 3 medium cloves garlic (cubed)

– 1/2 c. olive oil

– 1/2 c. walnut pieces

Add:

– 1/2 c. grated cheese

– 1 c. cottage cheese

– 1/3 c. lemon juice

– 1/2 tsp. salt

~ Process until smooth, Chill covered, Press fresh leaves against side of glass bowl before adding dip
